Having grown up watching Charlie Brown Christmas, Luke chapter 2 never sounds just right to me unless it is read in the King James Version.
And the other great thing about this scene...
Linus drops his security blanket. He leaves the fears and insecurities of the world behind him, if only for a moment, to tell the good news of Jesus Christ.
If only all Christians would be as brave as Linus, not just at Christmas, but everyday.
